Buying Handmade

Each piece is hand built with care and intention from start to finish. This makes each piece a one of a kind item and no two are alike. Pieces are created by hand, bisque fired, sanded, glaze fired, sanded again and packaged with care, ready for you to enjoy for a lifetime. ❤️

Caring for your piece

Mugs & Dishes: all pieces are made with food safe, lead free glazes.
I recommend washing your pieces by hand to prolong it's integrity. However, they are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Pieces with gold lustre are not microwave safe.

 

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final - I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancelations.

 

Damaged or Stolen Items

In the unfortunate event that your piece arrives broken, please contact me immediately after receiving package and send detailed photos of the piece and package. Please keep the package until advised otherwise.

 

Stolen Packages

I am not responsible for stolen packages. If your package is marked "delivered", but you are not able to locate it, I recommend contacting the postal carrier to assist you in locate your package.

 

Shipping Policies

Canada & the US: packages shipped within Canada and to the US are offered with tracking. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping: packages that are shipped "Air" will not have tracking. If you would like your package tracked, please contact me for a tracked overseas shipping quote. Packages that are shipped via "Surface" may take up to 1-2 months for delivery.

You are responsible for tracking your items through the carrier and are to contact them directly with any inquiries. I am not responsible for lost or late packages, or anything else that is out of my control once the package is shipped.

 

Local Pickup

Local Pickup is available when shopping online. Just select "pick up" when on the checkout page. Once you have placed your order, you will be contacted and provided with an address and timeframe to pick up your item.
